HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?
If, for any reason, you would like to return your product, please send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your details and the reason for return.
For exchanges, we will arrange a pickup of your items and send a replacement at our own expense.
For refunds, the responsibility of organising the logistics of the return lies with you, the customer. Please courier the product back to our factory at 4 Paddy Close, Ottery, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, 7800 to arrange a refund or exchange. Until the product is back in our care, we will not be liable for any losses or damage- such as those incurred during transit to our factory.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY CRITERIA
Should you not be satisfied with your Freestyle purchase, you may return it to our factory at Francia 2, Mexico 68, 53660 Naucalpan de Juárez, Méx.,for a refund or exchange subject to the following:
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- The product must be in original condition and the packaging
- Refunds will only be given within 30 days of purchase
- Exchanges will be given within 6 months of purchase*
If you believe your purchase to be faulty, please return it to us, where, if still under warranty it will be repaired or replaced as deemed fit by our management, subject to reasonable wear and tear.
If you are shipping an item over ZAR1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
